How to reach Muenster
By car. BAB A1/E3 with exits Münster-Süd, Münster-Nord and from A43 (Wuppertal-Münster).
By train. Different trains from all directions arrive at Muenster Central Station the whole day.
By air. The internationale Verkehrsflughafen Münster/Osnabrück FMO (international Airport) at Greven (about 20 km north of Muenster) is frequented of scheduled planes from many German cities and from London, Paris and Zurich. Düsseldorf Airport is reachable from most European cities.
How to reach the IfGI
From central station. By bus: take bus routes 11,14 or 21 to bus stop Hüfferstift.
From international airport Münster-Osnabrück (FMO). Take bus route R 51 or S 50 from FMO to Muenster Central Station
From Duesseldorf Airport. You can get reach Muenster by different trains (IC,ICE, IR, RB). For most connections you have to change. They take about 1 ½ to 2 h.
From A1/ A43 exit Münster-Süd. Direction Muenster-City, follow Weseler Strasse, Kolde-Ring, Kardinal-von-Galen-Ring and turn off to Hüfferstraße
